It's his comments about the minimum wage that bothered me the most I think. Maybe it's not a good idea to raise it too fast, but the idea of forbidding work with unlivable wages makes sense. It's not too far from slavery. Very low wages are indicative of other serious problems in society which should be addressed. He didn't seem to have a humanistic approach to it.

Unfortunately with progressive hiring practices it doesn't work. How can you both keep nonwhites out of the market and force them into it? Maybe a blind hiring practice would prevent race being considered so you could still select for good humans while entertaining the notion of diversity, but the truth is nonwhites simply can't compete with whites. We must end either minimum wage or progressive hiring. The question boils down to this: should niggers all be digging ditches or should some be managing ditches and making their race look artificially good while the rest are unemployed?
