Try meditating and do your best to just live in the moment before you go and take drugs that can fuck your neuro-chemistry.

I used to be on Xan for anxiety and it gave me seizure and fucked my life up for a little while. I slowly learned to better manage my anxiety and I know it sounds fucking retarded / hippy to say this but focus on being in this current moment and realize everything will pass and do your best to just live in this current moment of time.
