Whatever hobby you enjoy find a way to do it in nature in the warming sun. Play guitar, bring d:/gameboy, ect. Sunlight releases endorphins in your brain and helps depression, it's why our bodies feel good when we are in the sun. Just don't stay out too long without shade.
