>left ear keeps getting blocked by wax even though i stopped using in-ear headphones
been to the clinic to get it cleaned twice this year already, why the fuck does this keep happening
Maybe you just have heavy wax flow
Go to an ENT not a fucking free clinic

If you're tight on money you can buy little plastic squeeze things and do it yourself

if you talking about pic related, i have one already
its useless, in fact i think it just pushes it further down

>tight on money
Thankfully I don't live in a third world country and I can visit the doctor for free

Because you touch yourself at night originally
This happens to me all the time too (oddly my left ear's worse as well). I think it's just genetic unfortunately. Using eardrops every night helps keep it loose-ish at least.

>person cleaning out my ear gagged at my hairy chunks of earwax
I rarely use in ear headphones and still have issues with buildup of wax. Got some hydrogen peroxide shit from store which helps sometimes

I cleaned a huge chunk of wax out of my ear with one of those squeeze things. Hot water and peroxide. I feel like I can hear 20x better now. It might still be in the trash I can check for it

Shit felt good. Had a doctor clean it out once. She told me cotton swabs make it worse
I have no clue what's it called but I use some chemical shit to get the wax out of my ears. Maybe look for an ear spray or whatever it's called.
Do the candle thing to get ear wax out
