Well, It hurts like hell but when she left me I started hitting the gym, starting to notice really nice gains, posted a picture of me on Facebook and I got like 15 likes (compared to the 0 I have when posting ther stuff) and 5 or 6 messages of people saying my body changed so I'm quite happy and surprised.
Do something new OP, it's the only remedy, If you let the broken heart feel submerge you it's going to destroy you, it destroyed me for a while before I decided to try and get my shit together.

We've only spent about 3 weeks of physical time together because we met on /r9k/ and it's long distance. He's planning on flying up to see me later today and staying for 2 weeks, where he will find an apartment and job in my city, so I have to do it now.
Shit timing, but it will be even worse once he gets locked in to a lease and a job, and is stuck living up here. I've been avoiding doing this for a month or two and I still feel shit about not doing it then, but it's less evil to do it now than later.
I'm a total pushover and I've just gone along with everything even though it has been moving WAY too fast for me, hoping I would get used to it but now I just resent him for changing his life so much so I feel forced to do the same. I don't want him to change for me, so I don't want to try and "fix" things. But it's so harsh. It's not even like I'm "leaving him for chad" or whatever, I just don't want him to keep changing his life to be with me when I don't want to be with him and know it will not work out in the end.
Any hints about how to not hurt him quite so much when I do this?
