Same here OP. I actually do have a legit reason though. I'm suffering from a chronic illness. My long term prognosis is decent, but I cant see myself getting a job anytime soon. I swear the social isolation is making me depressed, angry, and killing my self-esteem.
Can anyone give me advice on a hobby I can find and a way to get a little bit of socialization in my life so I don't go fucking nuts.

I think you need to give your life some order like wake up at 7 everyday take a shower early get dressed and then find some pride in something like some sport, a hobby or at the same time look for something to do the gym. You could only be alone for so long it would really be sink or swim because you'd probably come back worse if you failed to change some aspect of your life go make some friends life's not worth living alone
