Yellow teeth are usually the result of surface staining rather than from any actual damage to the teeth. If you go to a hygenist you can get them white again. But, of course, if you're into tea/coffee/the nicotine jew, they won't stay white for long.

I've worked in dental offices for awhile ( assistant, never became a full dentist because fuck you) and from what I've seen it doesn't fuck you up bad unless you habitually whiten your teeth. Like using white strips every fucking week
White strips MAY make your teeth sensitive, so be careful of that, but you should be fine overall

No dude never put bleach in your mouth, even if you're trying to kill yourself via bleach it's still a terrible idea due to the pain. Use hydrogen peroxide instead, it's the most popular teeth whitening product (used in both Crest Whitestrips and Whitening Rinse) and very safe. Only caveat is that whitening strips can make your teeth crazy sensitive so I recommend simply using the daily whitening rinse.

As the son of a dentist, I have to tell you that you are retarded. Teeth are naturally perfectly white. Any yellowish color is surface staining caused by food. Proper oral hygiene prevents any surface staining from occurring.
Ask your dentist about it. Apparently if whitening goes wrong you could turn some of your teeth blue. My teeth are an off white color. I somewhat want a bright white but what ever, at least they aren't yellow.
