No, your body is fine objectively, but to truly get the most out of it you need to gain muscle as you're quite skinny. That's not a problem though, as this is the reason you made the thread.

You're on the way there now, do not give up, lift every day, eat BIG, eat lots of meat and fish and you will make it bro. You don't have anything wrong with you, don't give up you can do this.

More tips that I learnt along the way are aim to lift the heaviest weight you can lift for 8-10 reps and push yourself, do 3 sets of this.

The most important lifts are squats and bench press, deadlifting is also important. Then for accessory work do pull-ups/bicep curls, triceps extensions and skull crushers, lat pull downs and calf raises.

Don't leave behind your abs and calves or obliques too, this is a common mistake. You'll still look and feel scrawny if you don't work obliques, plus they give you the nice v taper and chicks dig that, that and bigger chest/shoulders will make you look much more masculine.

Focus on strength first. You'll quickly learn why it's important. If you work hard, learn and eat properly, you'll have a respectable body in 12 months

You do not have Kleinfelters disease. You'd have much wider hips.
