I liked being in the Navy. I got paid pretty well, knew what I was doing in life, got to travel, and spent all my free time playing video games or in bars with other sailors. I turned schizo two years into the Navy, and they kicked me out. Didn't even go to Afghanistan.

my dad worked in the boiler room on a frigate in vietnam. lots of cool and funny stories about the other crew and places he went and things they did.
