This is probably my least favorite movie of all time because of how some of my friends hyped it up. What a disappointment.
The main character has no flaws whatsoever except for being a silent autist with a faggy scorpion jacket. He can do everything! He can drive fast, he can beat people up, he can kiss the girl in the elevator! And in the end, despite the loss of his dearest friend, he defeats the bad guy! Wow!

I love the movie, soundtrack, and whole scorpion and the frog thing but he is not a robot. 6'1, God tier facial aesthetics, extremely talented driver and mechanic, fit, alpha, great fighter. anon it gets better. I too once had an intense fear of driving but I got over it. I built up my confidence by going on a 2 hour drive (to the beach for me, depends where you live) one summer. I left real early in the morning and drove on all the crazy highways through the city. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was and had a great day at the beach. I even enjoyed the drive. The attraction of this movie is mainly how Wong Kar-wai was able to make this simple story into something beautiful and emotionally gripping by creating charming and memorable characters.
