Anyone hit themselves when losing in a game? I've hit myself hard enough to draw blood a few times. I usually only get that pissed when playing a MP game and get killed by another person and not AI

I've slapped myself lightly out of frustration, but I've never struck myself hard enough to leave a mark.
I get angry with myself when I dont meet expectations, but I know physical abuse wont actually accomplish anything.

It's been a long time since I got physical with my vidya anger, last time I can recall I just threw a near empty bottle of water (closed) across the room.
One time though me and a friend were playing SSFIV and he was whoopin my ass as T Hawk, I don't remember who I was. I ended up biting the skin on my knee really hard, but no blood drawn.
I've also bit my controllers a few times few and far between, once was at the end of GTA IV when I had it on 360. A bug kept causing the helicopter Niko was climbing in at a button mashing sequence to get shot down by a rocket no matter how fast I tried to climb in. I had to redo the final mission like 13 times in a row because of that, I ended up biting the controller. Passed it eventually because it finally let me get in with instant rocket bullshit.
