When I was using my neighbors internet for torrents I was uploading 10 to 1 or something because it wasn't my internet to get pissed was slowing down.
I have Google Fiber so I feel a moral obligation to send at least 200%.

Ive got more than 1300% (not a typo) on Tom&Jerry. I just love Tom&Jerry and I want people to have access to it.
Everything else is around 125-500%. I just leave my torrents on seed all the time so whenever they're needed they upload.
I have a script that handles it. Three days after completion, my script copies the file over to my backup drive on my NAS then deletes the torrent. It also limits the upload speed to 10kB/sec.

This only works for music desu, but there are tons of sites you don't need to seed for to download from. Check out soulseekqt (just share one album you have and you're good). Also hit up archive.rebeccablacktech.com and look into the /mu/ archives. Search like this: album name mega|zippyshare|mediafire.
