Monogamy, both in relationships and marriage used to be enforced by "Slut shaming". Without that, its basically a free-for-all of whores, both men and females. Libido control never really happens internally for humans. What keeps robots from sex is some personal flaw(s) that keep(s) them from attracting other people. Its not like most men are good at controlling their libido, its just that they have much less of a choice. Females are more in demand than males in general, so they can more easily have sex with many different people than the average male.
