It's gotten me out of quite a few near-panic attacks when life was bearing down on me like a fat woman at an all-you-can-eat buffet.
Everything ends, everything is temporary. Nothing matters, so just keep going forwards until you decide that your life is also temporary and it should end as well. I've already made up my mind that I will probably kill myself at some point in the future, but I'm just gonna keep going for as long as possible until I inevitably crash and burn.
Playing life like a sandbox game, essentially.
