That's not how it works. You can end up with children having the negatives of both parents.
Anyway, race mixing is fine as long as you aren't doing it for the taboo/fetish aspect of it. If two people of different races want to have children and raise them properly, that's great. If two people of different races have children because the taboo aspect gave them better orgasms, it doesn't seem like they'd be great parents.
