He payed people a starting wage of 10 but the people doing the real higher level stuff were making like 15 and he took anyone
Real great gig, sucked working some 10 hour days though
most places that drug test are large corporate businesses that have a national reputation. Most local businesses don't drug test. Be a dishwasher at a local diner or do some small shitty job if you want to really make sure theres no drug testing. Also self employment would work, something like graphic design will ensure you can do what you want when you want.
