I often sink hours into video games or anime without recognizing that I'm growing very hungry. But I think that is different from what OP is talking about.

Yes. I'm pretty much a walking skeletal, I'm so depressed that I don't even have an appetite or truly get hungry, I could have a small breakfast in the morning and it would last me the whole day and I wouldn't feel shit.

Yea. At times I've spent 12+ hours doing nothing but 4shithole. I'll get up and all the depression and anxiety I've been hiding from hits me all at once; I'll be starving, dizzy, disoriented, exhausted, my legs will have a little atrophy, and I can hardly walk for a little while. The anxiety and depression is the worst, though.

I'm feeling so cold right now, and it's really really hot outside (it's summer after all) and when I sleep, I shake. I sleep with my winter pajamas, sweatshirt and duvet. And I still feel cold.

I wish. I eat to ease the depression. It's the only time I'm not completely miserable. It's a fleeting happiness though. I want to die very much.

I do sometimes. I lost a lot of weight when I was on an antidepressant that killed my hunger. The feeling of being hungry is the only thing that reminds me of the fact that I have to eat.
