those dudes look good but most frat bros on my campus are either very skinny or fat.
Can't speak for all schools and definitely not objective but at my college the general perception of frat dudes is negative, like they're choosing to behave in a media trope or stereotype. Very few girls show up to their very expensive parties, I've had chicks leave something equally douchey but non-greek, go to a frat party to pick up whatever handles the frat boys bought, and come back to share them in less than half an hour.
MAAAYBE they sucked off some frat bros for them (in which case thanks kayla) but it seemed like they just walked in grabbed the booze and left without being stopped.
