Is there a point in going to a specialist with social anxiety disorder? Will it change something or will he laugh at me? Does anyone have an experience with that?
Can't hurt to try. As long as you don't explain things in an unintentionally humorous way, he probably won't laugh.

Well the point of their position is to not judge you and help you find ways to cope with your anxiety. Only if you're willing to though

That's a good step. Enter with an open mind and you can gain a lot from the experience. And no they will not laugh.

they won't laugh at you, SAD is a common disorder that they've probably dealt with hundreds of times
In regards treatment options:
talk therapy can be helpful for some people, useless for others
most medications aren't worth it, especially antidepressants, their efficacy rate is pitiful. (MAOis are actually statistically effective, but there are some serious life-threatening side effects)
benzos are great in the short term, dopaminergic drugs can be helpful as well, but they often make things worse after a while
