i've got a lot of experience with metallurgy (though with modern methods, in a post-collapse agrarian society the methods i use for work wouldn't be available; however, i am familiar with the more primitive casting methods), carpentry, and low-yield farming
something i've been interested in lately are ways to maximize yield with just the land itself, not using fertilizers or any form of pesticides (for something like an absolute worst case scenario). it's very difficult and i haven't had much luck so far
