There's a lot of cartoons that are great, a series I'd recommend is "Over the Garden Wall" which is really good. Although you guys might not like it because it's associated with the storyboard artists on the same board as CN shows such as Steven Universe and Adventure Time... It's a great short series though I'd highly recommend it.

I used to like Regular Show but it has become really formulaic. I think there comes a time when a show needs to end. And RS's time is up.
Adventure Time is also good, and so is Steven Universe, but SU has gotten a reputation of being for tublrinas. But it's still decent.

The only two I've watched in the last 3 or so years have been Rick and Morty and Archer. I've seen a couple episodes of a bunch of the shows listed in this thread but none of them really resonated with me. A lot of cartoons just annoy the shit out of me because the humor really seems like its forced and pop culture related.

Most people see the show and think it's about a killer dog, but it's flipped because everyone in the town is a piece of shit for their own reasons. Everyone but the main character (little boy) is awful and he is incredibly naive so he trusts everyone. So the dog has to catch up and save him everywhere. It's not deep it's just an untouched way in cartoons of handling a protagonist.

king of the hill was one of the best tv shows i've watched, peaks 4-6 and then falls of steadily after that. The characterization is amazing, the animation looks natural, the voice acting is convincing and the plots are amusing and mundane.

It did just end without the bang of other seasons but it was a good episode. I heard on /co/ that they're going to be doing shorter seasons with a long special to bridge seasons so I believe that's what will happen this time.
This last season though was definitely one of the best. It might be my favorite but I'm going to rewatch the rest of the seasons to compare.
