Why do Chads never seem to own their own businesses? or strike out on their own?
They always seem to be shit like team leaders or in middle management positions, never bosses or senior management. You'd think with normie confidence and few visible issues they'd rise eventually but that rarely happens.
Apart from the few ones who do trading (they are still at the mercy of the markets) they seem to fall apart when put under individual pressure to succeed, why is this?
