Hey guys. I just shot and skinned a raccoon. He's chopped up in the freezer. Besides domestic animals, I've eaten about everything the south has to offer. How do you cook your raccoon?

but yeah, i'd imagine marinated in a barbecue sauce for a couple days before it being roasted over a low heat would be nice, if you don't mind it being a little gamey. i've never tried it before but hey, in theory it sounds great.
