it made me more easy to piss off (though I wasn't doing it on purpose, just kinda didn't get around to it for over a week). That's the kind of effect you might expect, I guess. Seems logical. Was kinda cool, but that won't really help you get ahead in life. Might just make you more annoying.
Like the other anons said, reducing the amount of porn you watch may:
reverse some over-saturation you got from porn (meaning porn is gonna be a bit more interesting for you when you watch it which is cool, I guess)
force you to explore your own sexual fantasies more creatively (which, I don't really see if it has any benefits. but, again, cool, I guess)

It depends on how much you're fapping right now. If you're doing it a few times a week, then don't bother stopping. If you're doing it a few times a day, then you're potentially causing yourself some health problems and you should probably cut back a bit.
