Does anyone else say shit out loud when they remember something embarrassing/regretful?
I usually say "FUCK!" but lately i have moved on to "kill yourself".

When i remember stupid stuff I subconciously hold my fingers against the bottom of my chin like a gun. When it happens in public, i have to try to play it off like Im scraching my chin or something. Do i have autism?

I usually just kind of wail on my head a few times. People look at you funny at first but they're too scared to ask about it. Works better than 'kill yourself' imo and is harder to be taken out of context. You should try it, OP. Thank me later.
