I knew I fapped constantly to deal with my depression, but holy fuck I didn't realised how much I relied in it. Haven't felt so shitty in years.
How do I get through this?
Take it a step further, NoFap can only get you so far.
Limit your time on here, hell, save for special occasions maybe quit 4chan. It's the internet as a whole that's the problem (I assume you fapped to porn?)
Form actual hobbies, leave this place. Go be a normalfag.

How do I manage to do that? The closest hobby that's considered "normal" that I like is gold panning.
Nofap is essentially a good thing if you want to see if you can reboot yourself.
Just remember that if you're doing self-improvement, it shouldn't be the only focus.
