How can you hang yourself for a bit without leaving a mark on your neck? I'm in a bad place right now, and I just really need the feeling again. I tried killing myself without before and fucked up, and the near blackout was the best thing I've ever felt. But it left marks on my neck and other people saw them. Is there anyway I can feel that again without leaving marks?

My younger brother was on the wrestling team and choked me out once before I learned how to break the hold.
I realized later that what I experienced was essentially all there is to death by suffocation and it isn't so bad.
Now I have seriously nagging ptsd depression and hanging is calling to me "anonnn, stop being such a pusssyyyy..." and it just feels like an easy way to go.
