I'll add to that that there are no simple solutions. The redpill people insist that only low partner count women are adequate. Maybe it works better, but it's not reasonable.
The other way is for women to somehow control their sex drive and actually be able to enjoy sex with their lowly betas, instead of giving up on it and just having minimal sex to stop them from whining (if at all). Betas can help making it work too, but there's only so much they can do. It's probably what all relationships need, but it seems like feminists are telling them to do the opposite.

If you take everything they say as words of reason (as you do with men), then you will never understand what goes in that crazy thing we call the female mind.
