Post the small things you did today that made you feel good. I'll start

I don't care about my health or anything but I realized I eat even when I'm not hungry just to feel full. Soda is starting to taste gross to me so I think I'm going to give that up.

I slept, but I sadly woke up again.

I started shaving daily again last week as part of my "get my shit together after my dad died and I retreated into a hole" plan. Feels much better than a beard.
Today I did a double shave and while my neck got irritated because I went too fast my face is very smooth from all angles.
