I have a lot of elaborate scenarios go on in my head, and they usually end up with me involved in a fight or a big inspiring speech. I get up and throw punches for both these things.
sometimes im just thinking and start moving. like when imaging im shaking someones hand. norm situations maybe dodge too rarely
I don't leap, but I do get waterbottles and run around kicking them around obstacles trying to get to specific destination as quickly as possible
I used to play basketball alot and still I like pretend like I'm playing when I'm in my room like shooting, dribbling or doing spins and layups with imaginary ball.

I do this as well, but it's a bit more complicated. I place my personal weapons in various locations of my room or, if nobody is around, my yard to simulate a battlefield. I pretend I am one of the last warriors left, and I make a mad dash for my sword. I roll a dice, and if it is 3 or higher, I make it. 1 or 2, I drop to the floor and have to eat a cheeto ( I don't like Cheetos, it is self discipline). I get to the sword and simulate a battle where I must defeat my opponent at a disadvantage.If I rolled high, I always win. I have become very skilled at swordplay because of this. Can any of you say you would defeat your opponent when you are lying on your back with nothing but a short sword in your hand?
Sometimes when I'm bored I'll do imaginary reload animations with my hands and pretend to clear my house of enemies.
If I'm in my room and I see a squirrel or something in the yard sometimes I'll pretend there's a .50 cal mounted on my window and start "shooting" it.
