Belly isn't that bad. Even at my fittest, I've always bordered on having a double chin. Not a completely visible double chin, but a weak ass jaw/ fat face. I'd take a belly over this any day.

What is your diet? It doesn't need to be all dairy, i could normally eat yoghurt and some fermented milk products everyday without complications, as long as i kept it in moderation.
