Same exact memes, same exact talking points, same exact suffocating angst. JESUS FUCKING CHRIST THERE HAS BEEN LITERALLY ZERO ADVANCEMENT IN THIS BOARDS CULTURE
I'm both impressed and disgusted.
Yes these are the board topics.
Might as well go to /co/ and complain that they're still talking about cartoons.

I don't think you understand my horror; IT's not so much the topics as it is the discussions themselves. Everyone regurgitates the same stale robot wisdom that I had already gotten bored of back in 2010. Everyone seems to get deadlocked in the same exact arguments that had been all but resolved eons ago. It's astonishing that even after 4 years away, nothing feels strange or new about this place and my experience is still as fresh as ever

Go to russian r9k and see the exact same thing
Go to french r9k and see the exact same thing
Go to german r9k and see the exact same thing
Same memes, same posts, same ideas, same pepes.
It's time to move on to the next plane of existence I think.

IT's all giving me this strong "Wisdom of the Ancients" feeling currently. I'm starting to suspect that even after 20 years, nothing will have changed.
