My dad only took me shooting a few times, and I basically had to drag him to the range. He wasn't that into it. It sucked.
He also never introduced fishing to me at all until I eventually flat out asked him to help me get the supplies.
Hunting was never even a possibility.
Never really taught me how to shoot so much as just slapped one into my hands and said go do it.
So I did.
This feel kills me. I'm not American so it's a little more understanding, but I wish my dad taught me gun safety and how to shoot. I think I'll take lessons and learn on my own soon then maybe I can teach my kids :(
