You'd be surprised at how little people care, anon. It's mostly about body language; if you can engage in normal behaviour, people won't think twice about your weight. On the otherhand, appearing timid and ashamed (like wearing a shirt while swimming) makes people pitty you more than anything. As much as this board you like to have you think otherwise, 99% don't give a shit about your weight. And those that do are genuinely shitty people who you don't need to waste your time on. Just enjoy yourself.

it's basically the same belt you use for the hernia, although it covers whole belly and doesn't apply a pressure to the specific spot. i was riding a bike, got hit by a car u-turning from the blind spot. then i slided on the road and hit a traffic sign pole with my abdomen.

no, it didn't. the belly fat and biker gear saved me from the worst, according to the doctors, spine damage including. but in hospital my stomach and guts ceased to work and that was a reason for the surgeries. also my spleen and left kidney got ruptured due the hit. few broken ribs were just the cherry on the top of the cake.
