Go look up some of her stuff and it is clearly evident she is not a C cup. Myself i would estimate she is closer to an E cup (the same as a DD).

There is a number before the cup size that conveys the size of the back. When the band size increases (typically band size goes 28-40 ) the cup size gets smaller, but obviously the volume of the boob could still be the same. So a 28GG could look similar to a 34D.

Complete opposite. Too large of a band size with too small of a cup size. Case in point a lot of women wear 36" bra bands when they should be in a 32". Mainly because they think D cups are absolutely gigantic so there is no way they should wear one. Even though a D cup is more common than they think. So they wear 36 B bras when they should be in something like a 32 D. That is why you get the quadra boob phenomenon.
