I have to wake up at 5:25am to get to work for 6:30. I to am done at 3:00pm. I try to be in bed ready to fall asleep at 11:30 pm

full time work is a lifestyle change, the earlier you stick to it and adapt the better
Go to bed earlier you idiot.
Adjusting your sleep schedule will only take you like a week to get in sync to your work time.
