Its not too noticeable but if people notice they call me retard and when I was making out with one chick she noticed. Stopped making out and had gag effect. I was so in love with her so that fucked me up incredibly. 2 months of anti depressant overload. In general its shitty.

Brain automatically turns off the picture from non functioning eye,especially if eye sight is bad. At least that is in my case. Those who have good eye sight in lazy eye tend to have double picture.
I've always heard from normie chicks that I've worked with over the years, besides fucked up British piss teeth, the wonky creeper eye is the biggest turn offs.

Used to have supervisor years ago with a really bad lazy eye. Was a really pleasant guy, very friendly and accommodating, but you could tell it really fucked him up.
He'd always look down or away when he spoke to you and had these thick hipster glasses to distract from it, though I don't think he had any vision problems or need of glasses.
and of course, all the fucking stacies constantly harped on it and belittled him for it behind his back.
I have a lazy eyelid if it counts.
