How do I go about telling my mom and sister without being rude/causing anger that they're fat and suggesting they stop eating like pigs, exercise more, and be healthy. I don't care as much about my mom, but I want my sister to end up living a happy life and she's beginning to follow my mom's habits.
Maybe I'm just upset about it because I was being crushed in between both of them in the back seat of our car. It's also confusing/concerning to me that my younger sister's legs are larger than mine. Well I would suggest stuff like movies and music and stuff. If the mood is right then maybe mention your mental problems (I did with my current gf off handedly, and it turned out that she was taking the same stuff as me), but generally don't go too deep into it unless she actively pursues that conversation.
