What does /r9k/ diet consist of?
I eat pretty much just frozen pies and frozen pizzas. Sometimes I eat leftovers at my parents.

Well, im pretty sure i had it better than many people but from my perspective i thought i had it pretty bad. My parents were gods at making money last. We had more money in foodstamps and coupons than from salaries.
don't get a chance to eat too much through out the day but today i ate a hamburger and a bag of chips
hate that I eat like shit but at the end of the day I don't want a fucking salad
growing up my mom was a great cook , roast beef dinners and homemade pot pies were staple. right before she passed away last year she made me my favorite meal growing up and we ate the whole digh together , miss her so much

Some meat and other junk food but not often.
I buy loads of lunchables. They're so delicious.
I try to eat some raw and cooked veggies too.
Every day I eat crackers for breakfast, cereal for dinner, trail mix for a snack, and something different for lunch

Dinner is generally meat with veggies and is breakfast the next day. Lunch is anything I find in the fridge on a sandwich.
Every single day is a sandwich my manager makes me at work (she is extremely nice to me)
then my Mom brings me home something
Every single day thats what I eat, about 1600 calories total. on days i dont work I walk to get subway or something. Sometimes I will buy ice cream
usually taco bell, dominoes, panda express, or sonic, and coke zero, ben and jerries ice cream too

Shake and Bake chicken for God's sake

All three meals a day are the same
9 years now, no variation
Hard boiled egg, plain, mashed up with a spoon and eaten from a small clear drinking glass
Salami and peanut butter with Tabasco on rye bread, 2 sandwiches, eaten off a clear glass plate
I medium sized apple cut into slices, and dusted with cinnamon and sugar, from a zip-loc bag
3 fig newtons, on a paper napkin
1/2 cup of raisins, m&m's, dry oats, almonds, walnuts and dried cranberries, in a paper cup
Washed down with powdered pink lemonade, from a 64oz steel Clean Canteen, ice cold, with the ice cubs strained before drinking, cubes are also made from lemonade, so no worry about diluting the drink
I also take multi-vitamins, so I get the essentials that I am missing from my non-varying diet
