In my experience people still do, maybe not as much to their face but it certainly goes on.
But then again there's a big difference between those who are sober because they have had issues with alcoholism in the past, in which case they tend to get a degree of respect, and those who are sober "on principle" or for whatever other reason they come up with.

Sure, it'll happen at parties and shit - but teetotalers changed the American workplace and it's only gotten worse ever since. Maybe correlation =/= causation, but I think drinking at work was a bonding activity which was never replaced with anything of similar effect.

Everything is better with a little bit of alcohol. Socialising, hanging out alone, work, leaving the house, having a shower. So I can't seem to stop
