in my experience they're usually actually ruder, call it insecurity or overcompensation or whatever.

body fat percentage isn't semantics it's a legitimate measure of physical health... ya im in the overweight category because my BMI is so god damn high, but i'm not "fat" at 15%, with 20% being the upper end of the normal range. your fat percentage is probably higher than mine and the only reason you weigh less is a lack of muscle.
the difference being girls who call themselves "thick" are generally in shitty health and have a body fat percentage of 30%+.
