Try exercise, after 20 minutes of running it should give you some euphoria. If you do this everyday long enough you will become addicted. Or just smoke and you can look forward to having a cigarrete. I do both. (Buy a treadmill if you dont want to go outside)

Be careful not to overdo it at first, if you do you could burnout and put yourself off from continuing and possibly pulls muscle or sprain an ankle, stretch for at least five minutes prior to running (especially calf and thigh muscles) and if you're flat footed be sure to wear inserts to avoid shin splints, good luck.
