This indicates the level of testosterone you were exposed to as a fetus. This is also why sluts (high-testosterone) tend to have macho sons.
You can raise your testosterone through supplements, steroids, and diets. Don't expect to be a muscular tough 20 year old if you didn't have high levels to begin with, but expect your levels to rise , and then cease to decrease if you pay attention to your health and test-levels (What normally happens is your testosterone slowly decreases from late-adolescence to death).
