It might be possible, but your best shot would be a punch or something similar like a battering ram coming on your forehead with enough force, it's quite durable actually

When I saw that one GOT episode, I tried to crush my own skull like he did. I lift a bit (but a lot of biceps curl, now at 50lb per hand) but I think it uses a weird muscle combination. Benches would probably help more. I asked my buddy to help me out and we weren't able to crush my skull. I looked up a bit into it and it seems effectively impossible. The skull is just too hardy unless you were to focus on week points (like around the eyes), but you would probably only break bits of it, not crush it.
