who /manualrun/ here
x100 worse than manual walk
>tfw speeding up and slowing down over and over again because you're not sure if you want to run or walk
I can never settle for just a hustle. It seems so inefficient.

>he can barely run at all
>can walk over 30km at around 7-8km/h with no problem
>cannot run 1km at good speed even if my life were to depend on it
Some people are just have better anatomy for running.
I guess even slightest difference can decide whether you are apt for running or not.

>the slightest difference
it does. the best athletes practice their running posture to negate wind resistance as much as possible
>tfw going FAST on my bike like sanic
Nothing better.
I couldn't agree more. When will walkfags understand that they're throwing their precious time away?

I forgot how to run after laying on my back for so long. I barely remember how to walk. Every time I try to run anymore I feel like I'm going to trip and fall.
