Either give in and become a complete stoner, or quit all the way, get your tolerance down, and only do it on occasion.
I was high for nearly 2 years straight, and whenever i wasn't i'd get the worst shakes, anxiety, mood swings, insomnia and lack of appetite you can imagine. Nofap helped me quit, and now i don't even have the urge to do it at all.

I've smoked at least 3 bong hits a day the past 2 years lad. There's been veeeeeery few exceptions where I didn't smoke. I could probably count them all on my hands. I've been able to still go to school, succeed, and get into the college of my choice despite that. I'm going to cut it down once I actually go to uni though.

The worst dry spell I had was like 5 days before my friend got more and I had nothing. I was going crazy the first 2 days or so but by the time that 5 days was up I felt completely normal and didn't even think about weed until I bought it.
