apartment buildings here are just for arabs and other rich people, most in nz live in their own 1 or 2 story houses, from what I've seen a lot of usa live in apartments and places that they don't own
i for example live in a small town a 30 min drive away from the main town (new plymouth) it's very quiet, the pathways are generally empty which is a huge contrast to usa images I've seen
even new plymouth has generally quiet streets, it's nothing like new york, everyone has their own space here
the tallest building in new plymouth is probably only like 10 floors high, I've been to the top of the highest apartment here and it's only 5 floors

It should be like a /comfy/ essential. I like to listen to it when it's late and I'm having trouble resting my mind.
Anything with Joe Pera is really good, he's a very robot comedian. I get so fucking aggravated when people comment stuff like "What's wrong with this guy?" or "Does he have like a disease or something?" He's clearly just got some social anxiety. I don't think he's just making it up to be funny, although he might play it up a bit sometimes. You can see him getting really nervous when he's doing big gigs, but he's more comfortable when he's just hanging out with a couple other people.

I took a 12 hour train ride through Europe at night. Was one of those nice coach ones with my own apartment. Turned out to be a little more expensive than flying but obviously I didn't have to wait around at airports and shit.
