I don't worry about healthy food. Malnourishment is not a problem in the West, especially if you take a multivitamin. Iifym may not be perfect but it works for me. I've gotten lazy though and just go by feel. After you get good at eating you don't have to count calories by the day. I go more my the week. If I overdo it one day then I can just cut down the next and it all evens out.
