Early is better because you minimize the time that you sleep during daylight/maximize potential daylight, so it's best for your circadian rhythm
Also, you'll sleep through fewer hours during which your prefered businesses are open, which generally makes goods and services more readily available
Staying up late, waking up early. I get more shit done during the day if I wake up around 5. I feel like there are less people around to bother me, and I'm actually in a good mood. If I stayed up too late, I just take a nap
