Been drinking 8 cans every two days for about 3 years straight now.

I used to drink at least a six pack a night, but I'm down to 1-2 a day. I fucking love it too much to quit, even though it's absolutely terrible for me.
Do you ever buy nicer beers OP or do you go for quantity over quality? Personally, I live right by a beer market so I can get microbrews and belgians and shit anytime I want, but only go once a month or so so that the guys working there don't think I'm an alcoholic.

I'm pretty normie tier with my drink, I'm drinking Heineken at the moment. I drank Budweiser most of the time for like two years. I do mix it up from time to time but I usually stick to the same brand.
I've been a heavy drinker for a while, I would drink cheap white cider in the past. Now I want to enjoy my alcohol. I'm really digging Heineken right now, it has good flavour.
Every Friday night I have some beers and play video games until I fall asleep. Pretty good I like it.

I personally just don't find it as enjoyable to drink. Also if I buy a bottle of vodka, jagermeister or whatever I WILL end up drinking the whole bottle and end up being sick and have a horrible hangover the next day. I love the taste of beer and i won't wake up with an unmanageable hangover.
I like beer sometimes, but find it makes me much sicker than liquor and wine do, so I don't have it as often. dark beer is fun to cook with though, adds a nice bitter, toasty/nutty, slightly sweet flavor to food

I drink a lot of beer to, about the same as you actually. Started to get fat recently so switching to warming up on a couple of beers and then switching to whisky or gin.
Going pretty well so far, but I think I am drinking more alcohol in total as I always seem to be more drunk when i go to bed. Still no real after effects the next day, which is pretty good.
